About the Puerto Rico Ice Hockey Association:
Didn’t know Puerto Rico had an ice hockey team? PRIHA is the sole governing body for ice and inline hockey in Puerto Rico and manages the Puerto Rico National Teams. PRIHA is part of the Puerto Rico National Olympic Committee through the Federation of Puerto Rican Winter Athletes (FPAI).

The association was founded less than three years ago in 2020 but has ambitions to become the top competitor in the Latin American ice hockey circuit (Mexico is
currently ranked 35 in the world and was formed in 1985). In less than three years, the
Association has grown to more than 300 male and female athlete-members of ages and skills. Puerto Rico is also a three-time LATAM Ice Hockey Champion (2021 Women, 2022 Men, 2022 U20 Men). For more information Visit www.puertoricoicehockey.com for more information. The Puerto Rico Ice Hockey Association exists to foster and promote the sport of hockey in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond.
